The Forest Art Shoppe Framed - Reloved Series

The 'The Forest Art Shoppe", Canvas framed painting is a painting from a charity shop thats been given a new lease of life. This was found in a charity shop and the top of the painting had been stored badly so the tops of the treeline had almost disappeared and the bottom part had almost no colour left. The characters depicted are from my childhood and i picked them specifically because of the different creators that created them and how they impacted my view of art at the time, this is when i used to draw characters at school or reimagine them. This piece was painted with the idea in mind of a graffiti shop in the middle of the forest and they're selling to those walking by, it felt like a fun way to depict them and the word "Shoppe" used as if it was back in the day. Acrylic and oil paints were used in the creation of this piece.
